2021 – Price Review Announcement

2021 Price Review

2020 has been a difficult year for us all; for our people, our business, our customers and for our industry.  We are buoyed by the fact that we have always risen to the challenges that we have faced, and we are certain that we will do so again now.  We will continue to adapt to the changing demands of the market and have some exciting new products we will be launching through 2021, which reflect the rapidly transforming nature of the emerging ‘future workplace’.

During all of this we have the effects of the unresolved Brexit arrangements to contend with, along with difficulties regarding increased import fees and a shortage of transport.  These are all challenges that we can and will surmount and survive, but they perhaps make our task that little bit more difficult in the meantime.

We are writing now to inform you that we will be implementing a price review across our full range of products, with effect from Monday 1^st March 2021

We will of course do our utmost to negate and to minimise any price increase and to absorb as much as we can, but given the uncertain economic climate we now face, and to maintain our product quality and service levels, we will need to review our prices to maintain the long-term viability of our business.  The exact level of increase is still uncertain, so we will be writing to you again in January, with complete details of our price review.

What does this mean for me?

Any price increase will only be applied to orders received on or after 1st March 2021. So, to avoid the complication and cost of that increase, please ensure we receive your order before the end of February 2021.

We will be producing quantities of our NEW 2021 Specification Guide and Price lists and will ensure their speedy distribution through the normal channels.

In the meantime, we would like to thank you for your understanding, for your business in 2020, and in anticipation of your continued support through 2021
